NAVIGATIO is a production company operating in Greece. For questions about this notice or your personal data, contact us at info@navigatio.gr.

When you email us, we may receive:

• Your name, email address, telephone number and professional role.
• Your company or organisation.
• Project details, including the project type, dates, locations, crew, equipment and production scope.
• Any other information you choose to include in your message or attachments.

We use this information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry.
• Discuss and assess a potential production collaboration.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules or production plans.
• Manage the project if we work together.
• Maintain necessary business and legal records.

We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list unless there is a separate lawful basis or you have explicitly chosen to receive marketing communications.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to and managing professional enquiries.

Information is available only to NAVIGATIO personnel and trusted production partners who need it for the enquiry or project. Our email, hosting and technical service providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

If an enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we normally retain the correspondence for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If we work together, information may be kept for longer where needed for the project and for applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.

Subject to the conditions of applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact info@navigatio.gr to make a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
